Would you like to work at the Library?
As part of the JobStart scheme, run by the Department for Communities, the Library is currently recruiting for three part-time (25 hours/week) posts: a Cataloguing Assistant, an Education Assistant and a Marketing and Communications Assistant.
The JobStart Scheme is designed to help unemployed young people, aged up to 24, get into the job market by providing six-month paid job opportunities. In the process, the young adults will be able to develop employment skills, enhance their CV and future job prospects, increase confidence, and develop important work skills such as teamwork, problem solving and communication skills.
