The Library and No 5 will be open for Culture Night from 6.00pm to 10.00pm this Friday evening, 20th September.
The Arts Care Choir will perform in the Library from 7.00pm. The choir members come from many different areas within the Southern Health and Social Care services, nursing, social work and estates. Their aim is to sing, have fun, de-stress and bring song and music to patients and service users. The choir has led or performed on a number of occasions at adult and baby bereavement services, carol singing, nursing/residential homes and for the International Arts Care Conference in Belfast. The choir will sing a repertoire incorporating folk songs and songs from ‘the shows’.
