Arke Sure Start Reflexology for Babies

It was lovely to have ArKe Sure Start back for another series of Reflexology for Babies sessions in the Long Room.

Maree Loughran (ArKe Sure Start Parenting Worker) said:

It is always a pleasure to deliver programmes in Armagh Robinson Library. The Long Room perfectly accommodates a programme like Reflexology for Babies: it is such a beautiful, tranquil setting. Babies are very sensitive to their environments, so these babies are able to absorb the special ambience of this historic space. Mums also have reported how much they enjoy coming to Armagh Robinson Library, and how welcoming and helpful Carol and all the staff are.

Carol Conlin, the Library’s Assistant Keeper, added,

We value the relationship between the Library and ArKe Sure Start. It reinforces our ability to be a Playful Museum.  The timing for this particular session is brilliant as we have just been awarded a grant for 2025 Playful Museums Festival events.  We will look forward to ArKe Sure Start’s help with that initiative and thank them in advance!
