

The Ulster semi-final of an all-island schools debating competition on science issues took place in January 2013 in Armagh Public Library. The two semi-finalists in the Debating Science Issues schools competition were St Catherine’s College, Armagh and Banbridge Academy. They debated the motion: ‘Nanotechnology has significantly contributed to our well-being and enviromental sustainability’.
