The lecture ‘From a nest of mud cabins to a well-built city of stone and slate: the building ventures of Primate Richard Robinson in Armagh’ will explore Richard Robinson’s role in shaping the Georgian city, and look at the legacy of buildings that continue to define Armagh today.
Lecturer: Architectural Historian, Kevin Mulligan
Kevin V. Mulligan is an independent architectural historian, with a special interest in eighteenth and nineteenth century buildings. His published work includes South Ulster: The Counties of Armagh, Cavan & Monaghan (Yale 2013), the 4th volume in the Buildings of Ireland series of Pevsner Architectural Guides.
